This previously finished basement was ready for a full refresh! Our clients wanted to make this a functional space for entertaining adults now that their children were older. Property ReVision started by removing a large wall to create an open concept design. This allowed for a large bar plus a rec space that would fit a sofa and game table. We updated plumbing to incorporate a half bathroom and wet bar.
To meet the clients needs, we designed and installed a c-shaped peninsula that could seat nine guests comfortably, on both sides. The bar features beautiful cabinets in the color Chocolate Glaze. We also installed new LVP and carpet flooring throughout and painted the space.
