This project was an unexpected renovation. The homeowners came home to a flood in their house due to a broken water line in their refrigerator. The Property ReVision team worked directly with their insurance company to navigate the claim. We worked diligently to ease the homeowner’s tension and worries since a renovation was NOT in their plans for the summer. The homeowners couldn’t be happier with the final product. The kitchen received new cabinets, appliances, countertops, light fixtures and tile backsplash. We are in love with the cabinet finish and the contrasting island color. The basement is now set up nicely to host guest.
