Our clients were ready to turn their unfinished basement into an adult entertainment space. Property ReVision completed most components of this project from design layout to finishing carpentry.
We created a wet bar and seating area. In the rec space, we laid carpet, completed a geometric accent wall and installed an electric fireplace. This is the perfect space to relax with guests! There was additional space in this area for our clients to create a reading nook that is perfectly located next to the egress window, allowing natural light to shine in.
Additionally, we added a full bathroom and helped our clients find a way to use the space under the stairs to create a wine cellar. This basement has all the components of a perfect additional living space for any home, and our clients could not agree more!
